Welcome to privacy!
If you’re new to the Incognito or privacy in general, you may be wondering how the battle for privacy affects you daily, and what Incognito is doing that helps preserve privacy for your digital assets for the better. If so, you’re exactly where you need to be.
Incognito is a vibrant community of privacy-minded people who are all gathered with one cause, but who use privacy very differently. We build privacy-focused products together to ensure that you always have multiple opportunities to exercise your right to privacy.
Here are some helpful tips and tutorials on how to interact with Incognito chain and use the products.
What is Incognito?
Incognito is a community of people dedicated to protecting your right to privacy in digital finance. Incognito is also an open source project.
Our products
Primarily, we’ve built a way for you to safely manage and use your digital assets, by introducing a variety of products for end-users:
Anonymous wallet for assets mangement.
Privacy Exchange for swapping tokens.
Privacy hub for dApp usage. (pPancake, pUniswap, pCurve, etc).
Rather than storing all of your financial data on a centralized server, Incognito protects your information by spreading it across a large network of validators with equal control of the network. Totally decentralizing the network is one of the ultimate aims that we have always been trying hard to get there.
In short, Incognito allows you to use any of your favorite cryptocurrencies and dApps completely anonymously. This means that you can send, receive, trade, hold, and invest your money with complete privacy and safety.
Because of the Incognito blockchain, your data, your spending habits, and your identity are safe, accessible by no one but you.
Privacy for all of crypto
Perhaps the best thing about Incognito is that you aren’t restricted to a single privacy coin, like Monero or other networks. Our blockchain-agnostic bridges allows you to gain Monero-level privacy for any cryptocurrency.
This means that you can buy Bitcoin anonymously, send ETH and ERC20 tokens confidently, rest easy when you use BNB, etc. There is no limit to what you can do with privacy.
Our native currency
The Incognito network has a native cryptocurrency called Privacy (ticker: PRV ). PRV is paid to validators to reward them for powering the network, and follows a set economic model to ensure proper and healthy inflation.
