Yet another swap issue

I initiated a swap from USDC to ETH on the app ~3 hours ago. The USDC left my wallet and I never received my ETH. The status says “Submit_failed“. I read a bunch of posts saying that the swaps don’t work properly anymore and you should use limit orders etc. If this is the case, why does the UI not warn us?

Should I just wait a bit longer or open a @Support ticket?

We found out here that if swaps aren’t working, the limit orders won’t get filled either.

@Jared What do I do? How can I cancel my order?

Feedback to the Incognito team: If a feature doesn’t work, leaving it on the app by creating the impression that it does (only for the user to find out later that it doesn’t) is not just a frustrating user experience, it is borderline fraudulent. I am at ease because I am a long time community member, so I am confident that the worst case I will get my money back through the support process. But what if I just assumed it would work without monitoring the end result closely?
