Technical Developments :construction_worker_man:

Infrastructure :building_construction:

  • Fixed node dominance reduction: Based on stress test results, it’s better to reduce fixed node’s slots from 22 to 16 in order to achieve the same effect: reducing fixed node dominance to 34%. We believe that it would be a good option for the current network situation, otherwise, an additional overhead will be introduced that may impact node operation.

  • pNode Automatic Re-stake: The devs have finished implementing a fully automatic backend for pNode re-staking. pNode operators no longer need to message to have your nodes re-staked. If your node becomes slashed, just make sure your node is showing online on the Node Monitor (https://monitor.incognito.org/node-monitor) and the backend will automatically mark it for re-stake.

Privacy markets :lock:

  • An effort for making the trading experience consistent between the mobile app and website was actively being implemented. The improvements will help solve the liquidity shortage problem in the mobile app and allow the swapping of non-EVM coins like PRV, BTC, XMR, etc on the website.

Bridges and pApps :bridge_at_night:

  • The three new bridges: Avalanche, Aurora, and Near are ready for deployment. We will be publishing a new Incognito chain upgrade this week. Also, the two new DEX integrations with Trader Joe and Trisolaris will go live shortly after. Users who hold coins of the blockchains can anonymously swap with the integrated DEXes’ liquidity for the first time.

Growth Efforts :chart_with_upwards_trend:

  • We are retouching with our partners at Kardia Chain, Impossible Finance, AutoFarm, Cypherpunk Guild for co-marketing, and our Twitter Announcements will go live in the following weeks.

    Moreover, with the completion of the bridges to Avalanche, Aurora, and Near. We are reaching out to the Trader Joe, Trisolaris, and Avalanche core teams to develop growth initiatives.
