Please try Limit Orders if swap orders are failing.

I have not tried placing Limit orders for those pairs but I have for PRV/USDT and they have all gone though. It can take a couple hrs or days it just depends on size and what price you set and how much competition there is. I had one fill in the last few hrs. Hope that helps.
