Is the vote count percentage a percentage of the total reward per epoch? I’m trying to see how many vnodes I can pack on each machine. Normally I get vote count percentages of 98-100% but now that I’ve got 10 vnodes on a single instance running the latest one to come out of committee had vote count % ranging from 86-99%. Do you only have to have over 50% to get the full reward (and not get slashed) or is the percentage also used to calculate the reward per epoch?

Vote count will not impact your rewards. As long as you get 51+ vote count then you will get the full reward.
