I tried to transfer Btc out of incognito wallet to external wallet on 4/30/2020. Still hasn’t gone through. No indication it is processing. Shows complete on incognito side?
Any help on this?

I have a Similar issue with eth deposit. Shows failed in the app and success in etherscan.
Yeah. Idk what to do. It was a decent amount of btc. App says complete. No record on the blockchain. No btc in the wallet I sent it to.
I don’t know either this is the first time trying out any sizeable amount of money on PRV not very pleased right now. I guess just give it time and hopefully it sorts itself out.

@Bakedshibe I need the transaction ID shows that ETH was sent to your Incognito wallet, and the ID of your deposit. I attached an example.
