[Resolved] Trade successful but Not completed

Dear @Support team

I made a trade several hours ago, and is not yet completed.

The PRV amount is deducted from my wallet, but the requested ETH is not yet accredited till now.

The Request transaction is: f809cc04a14f8d200239d64b2590482b8b16e337035de0e6f8abaf577cb2635c

However there is no Response transaction.

Is this normal in the pDEX?

If the transaction will not complete, will the PRV amount returned to my wallet?

I still did not received the bought ETH till now

I have also cleared the balanced in the settings, and cleared the catch of the app, but the ETH balance is not updated.

In the trade history it shows that the transaction is successful, but the response transaction is not shown. Below is the screenshot

Can somebody please advise what should be done
