I am just wondering if there is a support email that I can use to reach someone for help. [email protected] does not work. I seem to have lots of problems or issues when trying to use different features and I would like to not have to create a community topic for each issue. Thanks.

The best way to reach us is by doing what Revolve suggested. The forum is monitored almost 24/5
At this moment there are many transactions reported as failed, or expired, but most of them are delayed.
If there is no sensitive information in your question you might as well write a public post. The idea of the forum is to let users help users (as you have noticed) as well as for the team to help users.
