Yo. I just tried sending/shielding BTC to my incognito-wallet. When I used elektrum, the transaction usually took about 5-20 mins. But this shielding thing, is it supposed to take hours? I think I made a huge mistake using this app…
I don’t know why, but the transaction was delayed but it worked itself out. And the support-team answered in just minutes. They didn’t have to do anything, but they were ready!
