Hi, I requested 2 withdrawals on 24.08 only the 1 with a smaller amount was successful the second one is still pending. The withdrawal id is 6389313.

Hi, for “Rewards Withdrawal” (small amount), they will be processed immediately.
but for “Provision Withdrawal” (large and very large amount), we need time to prepare the fund and may have to Unstake some vNodes. Therefore, the withdrawal time will be longer. Please wait until it is processed. Thanks!
