Hey there! I recently started to shield BTC into my incognito wallet. However, the funds weren’t enough, and was less than the minimum required amount of crypto to shield. Therefore, the app sent a message saying that I had to send the remaining amount in order to complete the 0.001 required BTC to shield. I’ve since transfered that amount, and have been able to validate that it is in the specified wallet, but I have not gotten the resume button. What do I do? Are the funds permanently gone?

For any issues just create a private message and tag @Support and they will have a look into it for you.
Don’t worry, this has happened before for other people. Im sure the team will be able to locate the funds.

When the new app was release flowing privacy V2, the dev accidentally removes the button. We’re going to release a new app to fix this issue soon.
Meanwhile, you can just give us your shield ID, we can give it a push at our end.
