Hello every body. I have a problem with bitcoins sending to a public address : when I write amount and btc address for transaction, I have a small Alert telling me :“oops something went wrong! Can’t get the master key!” I cannot finish my action because validation buttons is grey… can you help me please?

Could you try completing your unshield transaction in a few minutes? When this error occurs, trying again later usually fixes it.
