Dgx token shield not work
The only token that I could find for DGX is not a verified token and instead a community added one. It seems like something wrong information was used when the initial coin was configured.
It’s best to stick with official (green check marked) coins and tokens as other ones may have the potential for you to lose your funds.

On etherscan i found the contract address:

Decimals = 9
Symbol = DGX
Did you tried to ADD MANUALLY the token?

Ning taught me to always click this symbol and you can double check the contract address. This is especially important when the coin you want to shield does not have a green verified checkmark (indicating it was verified by the team).

Yes and you can also add the smart contract address to be sure it is the token you really want!

Hi @Sajad_Shahryari, Incognito doesn’t support DGX at this moment. We will remove this token from the app to avoid confusion in the future. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
