Sunsetting Incognito   

BTC balance moved within Incognito network at time of app update

As per my shielded asset transaction history, On Nov 30(same date as the invalid update was pushed) my entire shielded btc balance was moved to what seems to be another incognito wallet address. I spoke to admins directly and have not received a clear answer on this. Pls let me know how I can confirm this.

I assumed it was related to the 4.9.0 --> 4.15.0–>4.9.0 iOS app store update issue, but I’ve tried all the recommended steps to roll back the app yet the balance is still not accessible.

Please advise.

What version do you currently show in your app? Please click settings and then check at the bottom of the screen.

Version 4.15.0.

Is there a TXID in th app.

Have you tried clicking Clear Balance Cached?

Yes there is a txid.

And yes I’ve tried all the suggested methods in the other threads including clearing cache
