Im not sure if they charge a fee for deposits in pUSDT but since they have an Incognito address to send to the fee is nearly null.

Yeah they do KYC. As a fiat off-ramp i believe they are forced to. That post i linked shows you the process on how to send pUSDT to myconstant. Apologies if it wasnt helpful.
