Unable to withdraw BTC and buy PRV

I have a BTC withdrawal problem, just trying to swap some BTC to PRV before withdrawing.
Entered the BTC amount 0.0001 BTC, and the incognito transaction shows 0.001 BTC, but it has not posted PRV in my wallet
the PRV is not showing up in my wallet ater 20 minutes of transaction.
This is a mistake on your end

Most likely you need to wait until the trade settles. The network is slammed right now, just be patient. Wait 2 hours, then if you still have problems send a DM to @Support
