Successful withdrawals of provision but no record in wallet

I started a few provision withdrawals on Feb 26. All transactions in the Provider History show “successful”. I do not see the transactions credited to my wallet for the PRV or BTC. Is this a wallet bug?

Also, the BTC market price is at a $6K difference between Incognito and everyone else, so I think there is some type of feed that might be down for Incognito?

Are all the problems related???

Try going to More > Settings > Clear Balance Cached. Does your balance update as expected?
