My balance is 0 after shielding an amount just over 0.001 Bitcoin from a seperate wallet ? The transaction was confirmed from the other wallet

You most likely need to wait. It takes time to change your crypto into pCrypto.

What is the status of the receive transaction?

Oh right that’s fine, but how to I find the transaction receive status?

Assets tab > Click Bitcoin > Click the most recent transaction.

Here you will find information about the status of it. It most likely will say pending[*].
If this is the case then there is nothing to worry about.
