Hosting a Virtual Node from Home

Ubuntu will be fine. Version 16.04 and up should get you going.

I’d like to thank everyone on this thread that has helped answer one of more of my questions.

I did not know a single Linux command, nor how to configure Port Forwarding rules, or check if ports were opened successfully. Many of you came to my rescue - @Jamie @zes333 @fitz_fiat @Chucky Thank You!
