Incognito Privacy Loans

I am looking to build a website like many out there like blockfi which give out collateral loans against crypto. But I am looking to build this 100% private, using PRV as collateral they can get a loan against there crypto. In doing so no information on the user is necessary and it is completely private. No payback period but a small interest will be added based on how much collateral is put up. I hope to in the future even allow other users to give these loans out. But in the hopes of complete…
