High Provide traffic causing delays
Hey everyone!
With the Privacy Quest ongoing, there has been an increase in activity across the board, including reward withdrawals from the Provide tab.
As Provide withdrawals are automatically processed in order of time requested, some of you may be experiencing delays as there’s a bit of a traffic jam at the moment.
When will my withdrawal process?
If you’ve submitted for withdrawal of rewards, please continue to be patient. Your request will resolve within the next 24 hours.
If you’ve requested a provision withdrawal, it should process as per usual - within 3 days as stated in the app.
