api_error(-80011) Rewards not being paid

I withdraw rewards about two weeks ago and it is still processing, tried to withdraw more rewards and got this error code api_error(-80011) it tells wait until it has been processed before I can withdraw more but it’s not been processed what is happening?

There is a backlog of TXs from Provide and pNodes that the backend is processing through.
