Provide funds are processed on a first come, first serve basis. The system is swamped with requests but they are processing.

To clarify, we mean when will the Provided Crypto set on a Term (3/6/12 Month) be unlocked so we can transfer those out?

PRV (ETH) is failing due to the fee being paid in PRV. I spoke with the app team and they informed me while it is possible to unshield PRV via ETH network it would be rather expensive.

You can unshield PRV (BNB Chain) and the TX will complete within seconds.

The fee must be paid in ETH for it to process and due to the high cost and time required to do so the team is not prioritizing implementing this.

Please open a new support ticket with your previous PRV (ETH) TXs and we can refund them. Also include your wallet address.
