Zcash address invalid for deposit/shielding

Hello, when attempting to deposit/shield Zcash into the incognito wallet, the address Shows up invalid. I have attempted several times and the same message occurs on the account I’m sending from. Any insight into what is going on?

You’ll need to send to an intermediary wallet that supports both shielded and transparent transactions, then send to the private shielding address. ZecWallet Lite will probably be the easiest solution.

A simple search on zcash would have been the quickest way to get your answer. But now you get to know @Mike_Wagner and @Tempestblack, which has value too.
