Sunsetting Incognito   

USDC shield not showing.

I shielded USDC (BSC), bscscan shows the transaction as completed over an hour ago, but the coins aren’t in my wallet and I don’t even see a status for the transaction (when looking at usdc in incognito wallet). When I shielded, it said it was estimated to complete in 5 minutes. I have cleared cache balance, still nothing.

Having the same issue here. If @Support wouldn’t mind looking into this please?

There was a brief app issue. Everything should be 100% operational again.

@Jared Thank you, but I did not receive the USDC (bsc) that I sent to incognito.

If Clear Balance Cached under More > Settings doesn’t work then please open a support ticket with the TXID and I’ll have the app team look into it.
