Was this reward given from provide or from a pool?
From provide you can click withdrawal and then click on the rewards and pull them to your wallet.

When I received the welcome badge it said I was rewarded 1 PRV.
Ah, sorry for the confusion. We no longer provide rewards for forum participation due to users abusing the system.
