Most likely this is just a display issue. Please try clearing the stored cache of that browser tab and see if it fixes. On Windows, you can hold Control and hit F5.

tried clearing cache and also tried on a different browser - the issue remains.

So epoch had increased to 6042. Notice committee for 4 epochs had changed to committee for 2 epochs so likely not a browser issue.
