[Solved] Claimed prv got 0 instead of the 8.xx I was supposed to get

So on the 28th I claimed the 8.xxx prv I had accumulated by providing liquidity to the network but I received 0 of it

Any idea what happened here?

I tagged support here for you so they can look into this for you.

Some things you could try.

When you’re on that wallet swipe down to refresh.

If it still does not appear go into settings and clear balance cached.

Please let me know if either of these fix your issue.

Edit: As @Pagliaccivondoom indicated in another post it appears this transaction failed and needs manual intervention from support.

Thanks but another mod provided the solution already. Apparently I had to clear the local cache in the app on my phone and that cleared it all up.
