Missing BTC Deposits

Hi Peter,

Late yesterday (US-EST), I sent two BTC deposits to my account but they have not shown up. Unfortunately, they were both set to the same address.

Both deposits came from Trust Wallet, and were processed on blocks 678,266 and 678,267. Other than that, I do not know what to next. Please look into this on your end!!

That is not how it works. If your transfers met the minimum amount requirements, at least one of them should show up. It can take some time.

Send a personal message to the Support account, supply them with a shielding detail screenshot, and the two hashes of the transactions on the external chain.
