Hi I have a pending withdraw on day 4. Is this is normal or do I have problem here ? Any help or info if greatly appreciated .

I have replied to your support ticket via PM. As stated in the PM large provision withdrawals require un-staking vNodes.
I have escalated your support ticket to the appropriate parties so they can look into this for you.
Due to the increase in market volatility, more users are pulling funds from provide causing a backlog of withdrawals. Each withdrawal is processed in the order received.
They have looked into your withdrawal and it should be processing some time later today.
