Seems like the same issue 2 weeks ago? I think I may be having a similar issue

The BTC shielding issue experienced a few weeks ago was already resolved. Please go into More > Settings > Clear Balance Cached
. Then go back to your wallet and swipe down until the balances hard refresh. If your balance does not update correctly please open a support ticket by messaging @Support. Include the TXID.

Same nothing happened
No change on my end either. @Jared was so kind as to message me that the team are looking into the backlog however.
Edit: This is now sorted on my end. Thanks to the Incognito team for their work.

All good here too! Though I am still waiting on a Processing[7] unshield… hopefully resolves tomorrow.
