The BTC shielding issue experienced a few weeks ago was already resolved. Please go into More > Settings > Clear Balance Cached. Then go back to your wallet and swipe down until the balances hard refresh. If your balance does not update correctly please open a support ticket by messaging @Support. Include the TXID.

No change on my end either. @Jared was so kind as to message me that the team are looking into the backlog however.
