[WIP] Incognito Web Wallet

Gm community,

We’re excited to announce that we’ve completed the first stage of development for our Incognito Web Wallet!!!

Incognito web wallet is a non-custodial wallet, which means that the private key is completely under the user’s control at all times. To be more specific, the private key is encrypted and stored locally on the user’s browser, and it can only be accessed by the user.

When users need to access their wallet or sign a transaction, their password is used to locally decrypt the private key. The balance is then loaded and the transaction is signed using the private key that has been decrypted.

Some of the benefits of using the Incognito Web Wallet are as follows:

  • Accessibility: you can use any device with an internet connection to access your web wallet, making it simple for you to manage your money from different devices or locations.
  • Usability: a user-friendly interface makes it relatively easy to set up and use, even if you are new to cryptocurrency.
  • No downloads are necessary.

The following features are currently complete:

  • Create and Import a wallet

  • Load balances

  • Swap transaction:

The Incognito Web Wallet is scheduled to be released in early April.
Thank you for your ongoing support and trust in the Incognito team.

Best regards,
Incognito Team.

Hello @duc, @Jayce_Nguyen @maisie @Jared,

Can someone please provide an update on the Ledger Hardware Wallet integration?

I have a Ledger Nano X and I can’t side load apps, hence I can’t test the Incognito-Ledger integration.

Can anyone share a timeline on when the Ledger Hardware Wallet App will be Generally Available for use?

Have you designed the new Incognito Web Wallet to support Ledger Hardware Wallet for added security?

Hello, this is great news!

Tradingview offers for free a lot of widgets and high-end trading tools, easily integrable With React-Native. Libraries are available for download, with different types of solutions.

It would be especially nice to use them for our DEX.

This allow us at the same time to advertise, and display some of our pairs.

We will appear right in the middle of all global financial markets.

Can help open our doors to any platform using their API.

Publish articles, offer an airdrop or an eligible lottery to the person who provides liquidity or other according to our economic needs .

What do you think?

Hi @Linnovations, regarding the integration of Ledger Hardware Wallet, I wanted to update you on the status. Our team has submitted it to the Ledger team for review, and we have been communicating with them to see how our submission is being processed. However, due to high demand, it seems that our submission is still in a waiting queue, and we do not have an exact timeline yet. Rest assured, we will keep you and the community updated once the submission is approved and published for use.

As for the new Web Wallet, it has been designed not only to support Ledger integration for security guarantees but also to make it easier for new users to onboard.
