Unshield on Processing [28] for hours

Hi there.

I’ve tried to send some BNB (BSC network) a few hours ago and they are stuck on Processing [28] status for 3+ hours now.
The status says “This is taking longer than expected. Please wait while your transaction is retried.”
Any ideas about that?
Is there any support team I could send some details?
