Unshield not successful and funds missing

Hi Community

I am super anxious right now as I did an Unshield of 2ETH and the tx hash says it was unsuccessful and to try again… But my ETH and the PRV fee I paid are not back in my wallet. I have used Incognito several times before without issue.

I would really appreciate if the funds and the fees were returned (as my PRV balance is 0).
