Is this a BTC or ETH transaction? If yes, the chains are highly congested today because of the recent drop in price, give it a bit more time or reach out to (@ Support).

@adrian @hardy it was a BTC unshield from 4/15. Thanks for the tips. I sent a DM to support but I suppose the BTC network was just that congested even on 4/15.

For those following, this has been cleared up. A new transaction was issued on my behalf.
