Hi, I created a transaction trying to convert some privacy to monero. The transaction took too long and got resolved as expired. Now I lost the privacy and never got my monero.
Any help would be awesome.

I experienced something similar yesterday. Support resolved it this morning for me.

Well, if you come with a devops mind @normalman, I believe this would go to users > bugs. But I have seen other people get responses in users > help as well
