I’m trying to swap USDT polygon to USDT Ethereum. I’m getting an error. Is it possible to swap a polygon coin to an Ethereum coin?

There is currently not a trade route for USDT (polygon) to USDT (Eth).
After we have Unified pCoins deployed this will no longer be an issue.

The reason I want Ethereum usdt is to pool usdt and BTC. Does that mean I need to send the usdt polygon to an external wallet, exchange for usdt Ethereum and the send back to incognito?
Unfortunately, yes. There is not a pool right now for what you are trying to do.
