This is my monthly proposal for the Incognito community.
Objective: Increase trust in Incognito tools with transparency, communication, and guidance, taking care to:
- Increase communication between the community and core team.
- Provide answers/information to user concerns in a timely manner.
- Increase app-store ratings of the Incognito Wallet.
Length: 1 Month.
Key result: Increase App store reviews to above 4.5 stars.

Initiatives:

Create a weekly post to recap Incognito community concerns with appropriate answers.

Find ways to incentivize more app reviews.
We need your help. Building a trustworthy transparent community takes effort from everyone in our community, and without your help we can’t do it.
Here are a few ways you can help:
If you see a newbie join our community, greet them kindly.
If you see any questions/concerns regarding Incognito and you know the answer/information, step up and answer, or point them in the right direction. (We’re doing our part and making this easier with Web v.3).
If you have questions/concerns that have not been addressed, make a post about them. If you already have, and we didn’t see it/lost track, keep hounding us!
And last but not least,
Rate us on the IOS or Android store!
Dissatisfied users are more likely to review than satisfied ones, so the data is skewed, and we need more of your opinions!
That said, please be sure to rate honestly, we dont want fake reviews or ratings. If you’re not happy, we want to know.
