I’m new to staking nodes and I clicked on the staking my own node and used 1,750PRV to do it. Could you please provide me with a bit more info of what staking means and if I lose the 1,750PRV or if I unstake the node I get them back?

When you stake 1750 PRV to a node you need to run a vNode (virtual node) on a server. We have guides available on how to do this. You can also choose to use one of the community provided hosting services.
