Hi, you mean somebody did accidentally send pBTC (private BTC) to your Incognito wallet, and now, you want us to help you find and return pBTC to the sender, right?

There is no such thing as a Monero wallet. So either you mean BTC was sent to a regular keychain that you dedicate to Monero coins, or you mean it was sent to a Monero shielding address.
But then there is “within the Incognito system” 
, does that rule out shielding address?
Did funds just appear or were you expecting deposits that didn’t arrive?
