My deposit of XYO took nearly 2 hours when I did it. If it’s still pending that’s a problem, but as long as you get that first confirmation then the temporary account won’t go away until the transaction is done.

Did you use MetaMask or KuCoin as your wallet?

Your ETH transaction complete. How many confirmed? :confused: If your transaction 30+ confirmed and then 2 hours to pending so it’s problem, i think.

Yesterday, there was a problem with our network so it affects the Shield/ Unshield feature.
This XYO shield was processed later yesterday. Could you please confirm @Brandon_Chacon ?
