[SOLVED] XMR lost in transaction

I recently sent ~1.08 xmr to an external address. Transaction ID - #14872.

The app says the transaction was successful, but this was about 4 hours ago and I still do not see the funds in my external xmr account. Does anybody have any idea of what might have happened?

Not sure, i’ll send for support, they can figure it out for you and help you recover your funds @Support

We have currently paused XMR transactions as announced in this post

If it doesn’t resolve itself when things are back on track, send a private message to @Support
