[SOLVED] vNode withdraw complete but not in wallet?

@support, could this be a Slashing issue?

My node was selected earned rewards, I clicked withdraw. That went as expected, in the wallet I don’t see the funds. I do see a completed Send request for 0 PRV for that time. I’m used to seeing it go from Send, to a Withdraw Rewards request before it lands in the wallet. Usually takes about 2minutes or less. At this point it has been 1.5 hours.

Hey @Josh_Hamon, sorry for the inconvenience, the issue might be caused by a Backend service’s issue, we’ve found and fixed it. Please help check again to see if the issue is sorted.
