The ether scan says the transaction was dropped and replaced, but the replaced transaction says successful and my funds are still pending and nothing has been received in my new address.

I’ve read that I should give it more time because the original gas price Incognito offered was too low, but a day has passed and still not transferred.
Is there a way to adjust the gas and reset the unshield transaction? Or can the support team push it through
