[Solved] Trading BC to XMR times out on shielding

2 days ago I shielded BTC in my wallet, then traded it to XMR. It unshielded then got stuck when trying to shield under XMR in my wallet now and says “pending”. It times out after 10 or 15 minutes and says “Timed Out” and there is a button to “try again” , but it just always times out, so I am unsure how to get past this part so I can get my Monero bitcoin into my wallet.
