(Solved) Remove pool balance taking too long

I have removed my balance this morning and it hasn’t arrived yet, although the transactions in the app say they are completed.

I have already cleared the balanced caché and restarted the app many times.

I also don’t have any spare tickets to withdraw any rewards.
