This is not correct in my case. I checked my funds via rpc utilizing the read only key and checked my wallet balances, the funds from the trade never were delivered.
Also a separate transaction dated after I alerted the team and they started responding to the incident was marked when they “pushed the button” to “give me back my money from the successful trade”

Firstly, I wanna say sorry to you guys for the very bad experience you encountered with Incognito product.
Secondly, I personally think that it’s not fair enough for you guys if the core devs team only says “the issue got fixed” and didn’t give any explanation about:
It’s all about transparency and in my opinion, transparency is a must to gain (or regain) trust from Incognito users. Please bear with me, I’ll be making a post to answer to above questions early next week and following up on further discussion if any.
Also, the core devs team has also been working on a new roadmap that will likely focus on fundamental things such as decentralization (both network and app), network stability, and security.
Thank you @duc for the apology to the @Matt6412 and the others you express in your post…but indeed make sure to follow up with that post you speak about making next week for indeed the integrity of the project, and yourself for that matter, is being questioned and the last thing you do not wish to do is leave the guys hanging about that forthcoming post…it would not be a good idea… 
i confirm you @Matt6412 . my balance is missing too. i checked my trades. they seem accepted but there are no trade response txs. i think beacon chain sometimes doesnt send trade responses to shard chains. i hope they fix it asap.
i examined more. pdex works but because of problem i wrote just now, there are no trade response txs for +1 hour.
v1 trades for +12 hours.

The problem with “lost funds” is happening again. After the upgrade, I notice that it could take some hours before I can see the balance again. Now, I have another trade (txid: 5b449c7b88b7b10a26d027b99f9417b80ae0897c69fc3b5202e775ea9657a420) executed on Mon, 29 Mar 2021 06:37:55 GMT that is not showing the balance.

Hi khanhj, you are right. I can not see the balance using javascript sdk2 but the wallet app is showing it correctly. I use the sdk2 a lot, so it is strange behaivor.
Do you know if there is this kind of problem with sdk2 ?

I wish you guys the best but I stopped using the platform when I realized my 26k usd trades are being stuck in proxy wallets held by the team. If I wanted to trade otc I’d pick a different broker, it would be nice to interact w that amm engine directly but no user ever has ! Lulz, cya
Hi Khanhj, today I have three accounts which have traded and the balance was not updated. I am using js sdk2 to trade and can not see the balances even on incognito app. Using js sdk2, it generates txIds:
