Hello @Support ! I have used the app many times to shield LTC and ZEC before with no problems. Yesterday I tried to shield ZEC and it does not appear in my wallet. The transaction ID is #141477. I pressed the resume button and the app says it will start processing soon but it has not resumed. Can someone please help me? Let me know if you need more info. Thanks in advance.
The devs are looking into what could have caused this. We will update you when we have more information.
Good news, the devs have finished with the fullnode update for ZEC. You should now not have any issues, sorry about the delay.
