[Solved] Bitcoin ext wallet not recognized

Latest update seems to have disabled external Bitcoin wallet address support.

I have tried multiple wallet keys from different sources that have worked in the past.

We don’t any update about external Bitcoin wallet address.
Please send DM to @Support with the details what happened to you (including a screenshot if possible). We will check it out for you.

Same problem is happening to me.

Seems like both legacy (1) and segwit addresses (3) are rejected. Only native segwit (bc1) are recognized as valid destinations.

I, uh…I don’t know what that means…

3. Is my wallet address Legacy or SegWit? How to find out?

If you have the Legacy address then it means that you will be using addresses starting from 1… SegWit address means that you will be using addresses starting from 3… or bc1 … (one is for P2SH nested SegWit and the other is for native SegWit). Note that 3… addresses are for P2SH addresses in general and are not just for SegWit. bc1… addresses are for SegWit specifically but not all wallets support it yet.

Oh, thank you! Then mine is a P2SH, at least.
