Hi @nic333 SNX has modified ERC20 smart-contract which is not supported by current bridge implementation, unfortunately. As you can see in the token description it’s not verified because of these reasons. See screenshot.
To avoid such situations in the future please deposit only verifies coins which has a green checkpoint.
Basically what we can do now it to kick the transition back to your ETH address. @Ducky will support you with this.

Hi @nic333,
There was a problem happening with SNX that its ID has changed which caused your pending deposit. We made a decision to remove SNX from the Incognito network and will not support it anymore .
So please send me a private message with the transaction ID (should be a screenshot) and your ETH wallet address, we will send SNX back to you.
